Last year, together with the G11 catering college and the cooking club “Gastronomen Hamburg e.V.”, DELTA held this interdisciplinary youth competition for the first time.
8 teams of trainees consisting of five catering professions: Chef, restaurant manager, hotel manager, chain caterer and butcher compete to cook and provide culinary treats for eight invited guests each.
